, will focus on 17 paintings "that scream, ‘Magnificent!'"

Painting is magic, often beyond the capacity of words. Give a painting time to talk to you and you'll be the wiser. Enjoy the journey of looking again. Copies of Mr. Porter's books will be available for sale at the lecture.

Prayer Shawl Knitting

In conjunction with the Yorkminster Park Women this evening is for persons interested in knitting and crocheting Prayer Shawls. The shawls are given to persons undergoing medical treatments, recently bereaved or in need of comfort for other reasons. The shawls are also given in celebration and praise for what God has done in someone's life.

Don't worry if you've never picked up a knitting needle or crochet hook. Someone would be happy to assist you and yarn is provided!
