Yorkminster Park Baptist Church (YPBC) will partner with families to nurture children and youth in life-long discipleship to Jesus Christ
1. Children and youth have personal experiences of God
2. Parents are engaged in their spiritual development and on a spiritual journey themselves
3. Children and youth are exposed to empowered teaching
4. Children and youth are involved in dynamic community
Purpose: To glorify God and to enjoy Him forever
Where: Cameron Hall
When: 11:15am - 12:15pm, every Sunday except 4th Sunday
We believe that worshipping God is critical in the formation of faith and therefore believe that youth need to worship God in their own way. Doxa has been a great way for our youth to hear the word of God and to participate in worshipping God.
The 4th Sunday of the month is called Serve Sunday. Youth are encouraged to use their gifts to serve in different areas in the church. There are various opportunities to serve such as ushering, scripture reading, offering collection, etc.
Purpose: to have fun with one another and to provide an atmosphere where we can build a sense of community. It is a great event where youth can bring their friends. Please note that these events are subject to change. You can find the most up to date information on our website.
