2021 Lenten Life Groups

As we enter the season of Lent at Yorkminster Park we invite you to join one of our thirteen virtual Lenten Life Groups. Each of our groups will be studying the theme of PRAYER and using a study guide entitled Teach Us to Pray authored by our own Paula Willis.

The guide uses scripture, poetry, art, hymnology, prayer, a brief reflection by Paula and many thoughtful and helpful questions to orient our hearts and minds towards prayer. I pray it will draw us all closer to God and to each other.

The schedule of our Lenten Life Group meeting times is below. If you wish to participate click on the name of the leader whose group you would like to join and they will send you a Zoom link. Or contact the church office at 416-9221167 or office@yorkminsterpark.com

The study guide is available in either hard copy form for $10, or in electronic form for $7. If you would like a hard copy of the study guide and have not yet ordered one through your group leader, please contact Paula today. For those who order a hard copy they will be available for pick up from the church Sunday, Feb. 14th, between 12:30 and 2 or Feb. 16th or 18th between 10 a.m. and noon.

To order an electronic copy, contact office@yorkminsterpark.com. The electronic copies will be distributed starting Tuesday, February 16th. Please note, if you are not able to join one of the groups you are still welcome to purchase the guide.
